An anti-corrosion agent for repair or reinforcement of iron frame and ferroconcrete structure, a mortar comprising the agent and a structure repair or reinforcement method using them are provided to improve penetration of aminoalcohol for forming direct film on an iron reinforcing rod, and to simplify the process for economically beneficial construction while obtaining eco-friendly coating acting as anti-corrosion agent, and further to retard the corrosion of the structure. An anti-corrosion agent for repair or reinforcement of iron frame and ferroconcrete structure comprises 5-10% by weight of ethanolamine, 10-25% by weight of N-methylethanolamine, 10-25% by weight of diethanolamine, 5-20% by weight of potassium phosphate, 0.1-5% by weight of benzoic acid, 0.1-5% by weight of boric acid, 0.1-5% by weight of plasticizer and 5-69.7% by weight of water. The anti-corrosion mortar for repair or reinforcement of iron frame and ferroconcrete structure comprises 95-99.89% by weight of mortar composition consisting of 30-45% by weight of cement, 40-50% by weight of aggregate, 2-5% by weight of expansion agent, 0.1-5% by weight of acrylonitrile, 0.1-3% by weight of super plasticizer, 0.1-5% by weight of anti-foamer, 0.01-0.1% by weight of thickening agent, 1-10% by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate powder resin and 1-10% by weight of silicafume, and 0.11-5% by weight of anti-corrosion agent consisting of 5-10% by weight of ethanolamine, 10-25% by weight of N-methylethanolamine, 10-25% by weight of diethanolamine, 5-20% by weight of potassium phosphate, 0.1-5% by weight of benzoic acid, 0.1-5% by weight of boric acid, 0.1-5% by weight of plasticizer and 5-69.7% by weight of water. The structure repair or reinforcement method using the anti-corrosion agent and the anti-corrosion mortar comprises the steps of: chipping to remove foreign substance of the inferior concrete structure to be repaired or to be reinforced by hand tool or machine tool; removing corroded part in iron reinforcing rods of the concrete structure of which foreign substance is removed, by hand tool or machine tool; restoring of mortar section by coating the surface of the concrete structure of which corrosion in iron reinforcing rod is removed, at constant thickness with the anti-corrosion agent or the anti-corrosion mortar; and finishing by coating the surface coated with anti-corrosion agent or anti-corrosion mortar with protecting and finishing matters at constant thickness.
