A moon grid for transmission electron microscopy tomography and a method for fabricating the same are provided to easily obtain the image including the amorphous sample, the biological sample, and the chemistry sample etc. A sheet mesh(110) protects the upper structure. A support film(120) is prepared on the sheet mesh. The nano particle(130) is uniformly dispersed to the inside and the surface of the support film. The form of the nano particle is sphere or polyhedron. The average particle diameter of the nano particle is 3 through200nm. The mixture for the support film formation is manufactured by mixing the powder for the support film formation and chloroform.
