A mobile banking processing system using an OTP program module, a control method thereof and a mobile communication terminal used for the system are provided to make the safe financial transaction possible without a separate OTP generating device. A program module providing server(300) comprises an OTP program module which is classified according to each bank. When an OTP program module request exists from a mobile communication terminal(100), the OTP program module is transmitted based on bank information included in the request. A financial transaction processing server(400) processes the financial transaction requested from the mobile communication terminal. The mobile communication terminal extracts information about the bank which issues a financial transaction card through contact/non-contact communication with the financial transaction car, and then transmits the OTP program module request signal to a program module providing server.
