PURPOSE: A one time password processing method for a mobile banking and a system and a server therefor and a recording medium are provided to reduce economy waste through a separate OTP generator.;CONSTITUTION: An information registration unit(105) interlinks the identity information of a client mobile terminal to an OTP generation key value or the OTP generating program.
