A manufacturing method of the functional three-bundle flower wreath is provided, in which the photocatalyst particle and nature aromatic component are applied uniformly. A manufacturing method of the functional three-bundle flower wreath comprises: a step for manufacturing optical catalyst mixed solution by injecting micro-capsule having the natural flavor into the photocatalyst solution containing the water soluble polymer and photocatalyst particle and mixing them; a step for dipping the artificial flower material in the optical catalyst mixed solution; a step for drying the dipped artificial flower material; and a step for manufacturing artificial flower by assembling the dried artificial flower material.
