A fusion protein for detecting caspase-3 activity is provided to minimize interference in interaction between the caspase-3 and the peptide stroma, to improve sensitivity and selectivity and to be useful for the treatment of the apoptosis-related diseases. A fusion protein for detecting caspase-3 activity comprises a protein-L-fluorescence protein for the solid support bond. L is the linker including DEVD amino acid sequence. The for the solid support bond is glutathinoe-S transferase(GST), Maltose Binding Protein(MBP) or 6xHistidine. The fluorescence protein is EGFP(enhanced green fluorescent protein), ECFP(enhanced cyanfluorescent protein), EBFP(enhanced blue fluorescent protein), EYFP(enhanced yellow fluorescent protein) or RFP(red fluorescent protein).
