A navigation device for indicating the map mesh up information and a method thereof are provided that the display mode of the map mesh up advertisement and mesh up service contents is set up based on the velocity information of the moving body. A navigation terminal(100) indicating the map mesh up information comprises a database part(170) which paper including position data store the mesh up information, a speed calculation part which receives the location information from a GPS(Global Positioning System) satellite(900) and measures the moving displacement with per unit hour, and in that ways calculates the GPS velocity, and a display determination part which selectively displays the mesh up information according to the GPS velocity.
