A helicopter tail rotor testing device is provided to test tail performance on the ground by simulating an actual flying condition. A helicopter tail rotor testing device comprises a driving unit, a support unit, a sympathetic vibration unit(8) and a pitch unit(4). The driving unit operates a tail wing(13). The support unit supports the tail wing to rotate. The sympathetic vibration unit is positioned between the tail wing and the support unit and performs sympathetic vibration. The pitch unit is positioned at the lower part of the tail wing and controls the pitch of the tail wing.
