A resonator integrated air duct of a vehicle intake system is provided to reduce the number of parts and weight whereby the resonator is integrated in the duct body. A resonator integrated air duct of a vehicle intake system comprises an air duct body which has a linear shape with upper end connected to an air cleaner(20), a resonator(60) integrally formed on the bottom surface of the air duct body, and a neck part(57) formed on the bottom of the air duct body to be connected to the resonator. The resonator is connected to a left and right communication parts formed on the bottom of the air duct body.
