DNA CHIP, KIT FOR DETECTING GENOTYPE OF HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS AND DETECTION METHOD USING THE SAME

A DNA chip and a kit for detecting a plurality of genotypes of human papillomavirus(HPV) at a time through PCR are provided to improve inspection specificity to 36 sorts of HPV genotypes and rapidly inspect superinfection of HPV. A DNA chip for detecting a plurality of genotypes of human papillomavirus(HPV) at a time through PCR(polymerase chain reaction) contains one or more probes among probes having sequences from SEQ ID NO:5 to SEQ ID NO:40. A kit for detecting a plurality of HPV genotypes at a time through PCR comprises a DNA extraction reagent, a PCR reagent and one or more probes among probes having sequences from SEQ ID NO:5 to SEQ ID NO:40. A method for detecting HPV genotypes consists of the following steps of: extracting DNA from an analytic cell; amplifying the DNA through the PCR; hybridizing the amplified DNA to an HPV bio-chip; and confirming the specifically coupled HPV genotype in the hybridization.
