The saving electricity controlling method include: after the low frequency signal processing unit receives the low frequency triggering signal, sends the work triggering signal to the high frequency signal processing unit; the intelligent information home electric device feedbacks the information of switching to the cold waiting state, and the intelligent information home electric device switches from a heat waiting state to a cold waiting state after completing the information processing.
