METHOD FOR RESTRICTING INTERNET BANKING SERVICE FROM FOREIGN COUNTRY

A method for limiting the outside Internet banking service is provided to block the access of a terminal having a foreign IP address. By executing a predetermined browser program, a terminal connects to a server through a network(200). The server extracts the IP(Internet Protocol) address of the connected terminal(205). Based on the extracted IP address, it is determined whether the IP address of the connected terminal exists within a domestic band or foreign band(210). If the confirmed terminal attempts the connection from the outside, the server blocks the Internet banking access of the terminal(215,220).
