A composition for sweetish loess jujube leaf tea and a preparation method thereof are provided to secure specific taste of jujube while showing pharmacologically active functions of jujube by blanching jujube leaf in loess water. A composition for sweetish loess jujube leaf tea contains 80-16wt% of blanched jujube leaf, 16-70wt% of steamed jujube flesh, 1-4wt% of citric acid, 1-4wt% of vitamin C, 1.5-5.2wt% of blanched Stevia leaf and 0.5-0.8wt% of Salicornia herbacea. A method for preparing a composition for sweetish loess jujube leaf tea comprises the following steps of: immersing jujube leaf in 4-6% sodium chloride aqueous solution; washing the dipped jujube leaf with purified water; and blanching the washed jujube leaf with a loess water at the temperature range of 110±5°C. The blanched Stevia leaf is prepared by blanching Stevia leaf in the loess water at 110±5°C.
