A jujube tea composition and a preparing method thereof are provided to use a jujube, a tiny-sized ginseng, a yam, collagen, and a citric acid so that a user obtains energy to a tired body and overcomes fatigue promptly. A jujube tea composition and a preparing method thereof comprise the following steps of: selecting ingredients; determining a mixing ratio; washing; steaming and parching; cutting and pulverizing; mixing; maturing and fermenting; press-forming; maturing and drying; sterilizing; and packing the jujube tea. The jujube tea comprises 53-60wt% of a jujube, 7-10wt% of tiny-sized ginseng, 5-10wt% of a dried yam, 3-5wt% of licorice, 3-5wt% of stevia, 5-8wt% of a raw oyster, 3-5wt% of collagen, 3.7-5.5wt% of a citric acid, 3-5wt% of vitamin C, and 0.3-0.5wt% of dried Salicornia herbacea.
