A surface processing method of a magnesium alloy sheet is provided to form a coating thin film not to affect the molding and post processing of a product. A surface processing method of a magnesium alloy sheet comprises: a step of cleaning a magnesium alloy sheet with ultrasonic wave(S10); a step of cleaning the magnesium alloy sheet by providing the atmospheric plasma generated using deactivated gas; a step of performing the fabrication process of diversifying to the hydrophilic surface of Mg-OH(S20); and a step of forming an organic layer on the magnesium alloy sheet by vapor organic layer coating using organic compound having the moisture and water-repellent(S30).
