COMPOSITION FOR DETECTION OF CRIME SCENE TRACE OF BLOOD

A composition solution for detecting blood stain in crime scene is provided to detect the blood stain which is remained in the place where the crime happened and improve the detection result. A composition solution for detecting blood stain in crime scene contains a gum guaiac compound and oxidant. The brown guaiac compound is made by adding 1g of gum guaiac in pH 6.9, 0.1M of phosphate buffer and ethanol. The oxidant is made by adding 30ul of sodium azide which is reagent adjuvant and 0.1% of Tween 20 which is a surfactant in pH 6.9, 0.1M of phosphate buffer solution at room temperature.
