A ship of a marine pollution preventing/ purifying device is provided to prevent the initial diffusion of the marine pollution and the secondary pollution. A ship of a marine pollution preventing/ purifying device comprises a water gate(209), a seawater and pollutant outlet and a seawater outlet(218). The water gate and the seawater and pollutant outlet are installed at the front lower part of the ship in order to make the seawater and pollutant pass through the lower part of the ship. An oil recovery/purifying unit is installed inside the inlet in order to make the seawater and the pollutant discharged out after passing through the inlet. An oil recovery/purifying unit can be changed, reduced and disassembled according to the size of the ship.
