A metal foil electrolytic plating apparatus with a stabilized electric current applying structure to electrode rolls is provided to control electric current capacity and apply current steadily regardless of the rotation speed of a rotary shaft by contacting a brush to the outer circumference of the rotary shaft. A metal foil electrolytic plating apparatus with a stabilized electric current applying structure to electrode rolls comprises: an electrolytic cell filled with electrolyte as anode; an electrode roll dipped in the electrolyte as rotatable cathode; a rotary shaft(21) of both sides supported by the bearing(100) to be rotated; a brush housing(110) installed at the middle part of the rotary shaft; and a current lead(120) connected to one side of the brush housing. The brush housing is fixed to the body of the plating device. The brush housing accepts a brush(111) for applying current. The brush for applying current is contacted with the outer circumference of the rotary shaft.
