A method for inducing the differentiation of the embryo bud cancer stem cell into the blood vessel endothelial cell is provided to induce the differentiation without adding a differentiation inhibitor by using cheap blood serum. A method for inducing the differentiation of the embryo bud cancer stem cell into the blood vessel endothelial cell comprises the steps of cultivating the embryo bud cancer stem cell in the culture medium comprising the basic medium and blood serum to form embryoid; and treating the embryoid with the vascular endothelial growth factor to induce the differentiation into the blood vessel endothelial cell.
