GLASS-FREE MICROWAVE DIELECTRIC CERAMICS AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

Non-glass based microwave dielectric ceramics and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which enable low-temperature sintering by adding sintered compound for low-temperature sintering. The dielectric ceramics component comprises the composition expressed as the composition expression of M^2+N^4+B2O6, in which M is and one among Ba, Ca, and Sr and N is one among Sn, Zr, and Ti. The dielectric ceramics include a composition which is expressed as the composition expression(M1-x2+Mx2+)N4+B2O6 by substituting Ca and Sr for M site of the dielectric ceramics component.
