A transforming selection marker of watermelon gongdae plant comprising a toxoflavin lyase (tflA) is provided to select the transformed watermelon gongdae with low price by replacing expensive antibiotics. A marker for selecting a watermelon gongdae which is transformed comprises toxoflavin lyase (tflA) having an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 2. A tflA is coded by the sequence of the sequence number 1. A method for selecting the watermelon gongdae comprises: a step of transforming watermelon gongdae with an expression vector pCamLA::tflA; and a step of selecting transformed watermelon gongdae plant cell in media containing toxoflavin.
