A reinforcement steel member in vertical and horizontal member connection for separate concrete pouring and a construction method of the connection using the same are provided to facilitate construction for separate concrete pouring regardless of the rigidity of the horizontal member. A construction method of the connection using a reinforcement steel member in vertical and horizontal member connection for separate concrete pouring comprises following steps. A horizontal reinforcing bar(50) for a horizontal member(20) is arranged. A lower vertical reinforcing bar(52) for a vertical member(10) positioned in the lower part of the horizontal member is arranged. A reinforcement steel frame member(40) is installed inside the vertical member in which the horizontal member is connected in a vertical direction. Lower concrete(62) for the vertical member positioned in the lower part of the horizontal member is poured. Horizontal concrete(60) for the horizontal member is poured. An upper vertical reinforcing bar for the vertical member positioned at the upper part of the horizontal member is arranged. Upper concrete(64) for the vertical member positioned on the top of the horizontal member is poured.
