A method and a system for processing clean energy and recycled outgrowth using electrolysis of food waste are provided to produce clean gas energy by decomposing water into oxygen dissolved water and to make leachate into recycled fresh water. A system for processing clean energy and recycled outgrowth using electrolysis of food waste comprises an electrolytic bath(100), a cover(60), a recycling condenser(200), an electrolysis device, and a fresh water maker. The electrolytic bath is a square box with open one side and has an internal space in which an electrode plate(10) consisting of a negative electrode plate(20b), a positive electrode plate(20a), and a metallic separator(16) is arranged. The cover seals the upper side of the electrolytic bath in order to prevent the leakage of vacuum pressure. The recycling condenser is connected to a resource condenser on a bottom plate(110) of the electrolytic bath and perform condensing as a water level control sensor(231) automatically activates a heating heater(233) when the solution reaches a specific level. The electrolysis device electrolyzes by moving food waste up and down using a pressure control valve(258). The fresh water maker purifies ferric chloride solution and watery lye in the resource condenser. The methane ammonium gas generated from the food waste is compressed by a compressor(680) and stored in a mixing gas storage tank(800).
