摘要

The method involves locally producing an acidic or basic cleaning agent and a required disinfectant by electrolysis i.e. chlorine-electrolysis, in an electrolysis device (17) in a cleaning-in-place system at a food-processing and filling system to be cleaned. The basic cleaning agent is produced as a catholyte, where the acidic cleaning agent and the disinfectant are produced as anolyte during electrolysis. An electrolysis parameter e.g. voltage and/or current, adjusted during electrolysis, where chlorine forms a part of the disinfectant. An independent claim is also included for a cleaning-in-place system having an electrolysis device.
