PURPOSE: A learning material and a learning method which the learning efficiency is improved in various types are provided to increase interest in the learning the content of the studying materials. CONSTITUTION: A learning material includes a plurality of sections(11, 12, 13, 14) and a plurality of problems. A plurality of sections is corresponded to lots of the types. A plurality of problems is arranged within each section. The question number of the problem of the multiple can loosen the problem that a learner is arranged through the circulation learning of the plurality of times within lots of the sections a learner solves a problem according to the question number of the problems.
