PURPOSE: A forcible study system and method using a mobile terminal is provided to provide voice data formed with study materials instead of a call connection tone to a user. CONSTITUTION: When an origination terminal(10), which has been subscribed for a call connection tone conversion service, requests a call connection, a speech path to a destination terminal(20) designated by an origination subscriber is established. At this time, while the speech path is being established, a certain voice signal stored in a DB is provided as a call connection tone to the origination terminal(10). That is, when the origination terminal(10) requests the call connection, a study materials DB(44) of the DB transmits certain study materials suitable for a level of the origination subscriber in conformity to a certain regulation based on member information DB(46) of the origination terminal(10).
