The present invention relates to a foreign language studying system and a studying method improving studying efficiency, wherein a word to be studied is combined with one or more of a secondary language interpretation, an image, a sound source, a sentence with brackets, a synonym, and an antonym, and studied so that studying efficiency is maximized, and the studied word is materialized in forms of various games so that a learner can carry out self-directed studying while enjoying foreign languages. According to the present invention, as a foreign language education and studying system which is executed on a user′s terminal being connected to a central server configured to provide foreign language studying through wire/wireless network, a foreign language education and studying system is provided to be configured to be executed in a way that, for a predetermined number of words, word studying is executed via a word study execution module, wherein the word to be studied is combined with at least two of a secondary language interpretation, an image, a sound source, a sentence with brackets, a synonym, and an antonym.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
