SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING EXPENDITURE PLAN OF OFFICER AND STAFF OF ENTERPRISE AND PROGRAM RECORDING MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing an expenditure plan of officers and staffs of an enterprise and a program recording medium therefor are provided to automatically manage a payment plan of enterprise officer or staff using groupware associated with an enterprise designated banking system through an enterprise designated banking function. CONSTITUTION: A method for managing an expenditure plan of officers and staffs of an enterprise comprises the following steps. Expenditure plan information per each officer or staff is stored in a schedule management DB through enterprise designated banking. If salary payment is admitted through a salary payment function, a salary payment date of each officer of staff is checked through the salary payment admission. Expenditure plan information before a salary payment date of each officer and staff is checked by associated with the schedule management DB. Expenditure plan costs of the checked expenditure plan information are summed to calculate the total expenditure prediction cost information(420).
