PURPOSE: A hard disk fixing device for a hard disk formatter is provided to make a format operation more smoothly by fixing a hard disk to a corresponding format point more accurately and firmly.;CONSTITUTION: A guide hole(250) connected with a slot hole(260) of a rear member(400) is formed at a rear side of the bottom of a lower member(200). A guide screw(340) is coupled with a base member(100) by passing through the slot hole and guide hole.
