LOESS MAT AND A PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING DURABILITY OF LOESS LAYER

PURPOSE: A loess mat and a production method thereof are provided to employ a coating layer and expanded aluminum panel so a user does not have to lay linoleum on the loess mat and a water vein is easily blocked.;CONSTITUTION: A loess mat(M) is comprised of 85 weight% loess powder and 15 weight% mixed resin. The mixed resin comprises 100 parts EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) and 15 parts DBP(Di-n-Butyl-Phthalate). A method for producing the loess mat comprises the following steps of: extruding the loess powder and mixed resin in a high pressure extruder; compressing the mixture with a roller to obtain a loess plate(10); curing the loess plate for a certain period; coating titanium dioxide resin on the loess plate twice or three times to form a coating layer(20) and preparing a loess board(P); expanding aluminum to obtain an aluminum panel(A); and inserting the aluminum panel between the loess boards and compressing the same to manufacture a loess mat.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
