PURPOSE: A test tray position reform apparatus and an un-loading apparatus for a test handler are provided to prevent a jam, damage to a test tray, and a malfunction by locating a test tray at a right position. CONSTITUTION: In a test tray position reform apparatus and an un-loading apparatus for a test handler, a location correction unit(70) includes a fastener(71), a rotator(72), a hinge shaft(73), and a spring. A rotator is combined with a bonding groove of a fastener, and the hinge shaft is inserted into a hinge hole of a fastener. The rotator is combined with a fastener through the hinge shaft. The rotator is composed of a coupling terminal and a correction group. The through hole is formed at the coupling terminal, and a correction group is formed at one side of a coupling terminal.
