Positioning apparatus for test tray of test handler

PURPOSE: A positioning apparatus for a test tray in a test handler is provided to simplify the whole structure of the apparatus by positioning the test tray to a desire position with a friction force. CONSTITUTION: A guide unit(220) guides the transfer of a test tray. A friction resistance generator(230) generates a friction force to the test tray in order to position the test tray on a desire position. The friction resistance generator includes a friction unit, an elastic unit, a connection unit and a support unit. The elastic unit pressurizes the friction unit to the test tray. The connection unit is fixed to the guide unit by passing through the friction unit.
