PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology enabling one test tray transferring device to perform all transferring of test trays carried out in a test chamber, and to minimize the interference with a push unit simultaneously while arranging a grasping block so that it can be moved in a direction orthogonal to the direction of circulation.;SOLUTION: This invention includes: a first grasping block arranged so as to be movable in the circulating direction on a circulating route, in such a state grasping or releasing grasping front test tray between front and rear test trays which circulate on the certain circulating route: a second grasping block, arranged so as to keep a certain distance from the first grasping block, arranged so as to be made movable in the circulating direction on the circulating route in a state where grasping or releasing grasping the rear tray between the front and the rear test trays; a grasping block driving device driving the first grasping block and the second grasping block to grasp or release grasping the two test trays; and a grasping block transferring device transferring both of the first grasping block and the second grasping block on the circulating route.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
