STOCK SECURITY LOAN SYSTEM OF RISK MANAGEMENT FOCUS

PURPOSE: A stock security loan system of risk management focus is provided to perform loan, risk management conditions, repayment and payment according to the selection of investors in order to supply a stock exchange system to which the selection and determination of the investors are applied. CONSTITUTION: An HTS(Home Trading System) connection server(1) provides a risk management condition setup menu to a terminal of an investor through an HTS of a stock company(30). In addition, the HTS connection server sets up risk management condition information before sales. A risk management server(2) manages the risk management control information, the accounts of an investor and a sales risk according to the risk information provided from a stock exchange in order to limit the stock exchange of investors. An account management system(3) checks over the stock information and the account information of investors and provides the information to a risk management server.
