PURPOSE: A heating element and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to secure high luminous efficiency even in low voltage.;CONSTITUTION: A heating element comprises: a transparent substrate; a conductive heating wire positioned on at least one side of the transparent substrate; a bus bar electrically connected to the conductive heating wire; and a power supply unit connected to the bus bar. When a straight line which meets the conductive heating wire is drawn, a conductive heating pattern occupies more than 30% of the entire transparent substrate and the ratio of standard deviation to the average distance value between intersection points is over 2%, giving it a conductive heating pattern.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
