METHOD FOR ANALYZING A BISPHOPHONATE COMPOUND DERIVATIVE WHICH PERFORMS HPLC-MS/MS AFTER DERIVATIZATION A BISPHOPHONATE COMPOUND USING TRIMETHYLSILYLDIAZOMETHANE
PURPOSE: A method for analyzing a bisphophonate compound derivative is provided to measure a concentration of a bisphophonate compound in plasma or urine when a clinical test such as therapeutic drug monitoring is performed.;CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing a bisphophonate compound derivative comprises the steps of: performing derivatization a bisphosphonate compound by adding trimethyl aryldiazomethane; removing the unreacted substance and bisphosphonate compound through a solid phase column extraction; and measuring the bisphosphonate compound by injecting the sample in a chromatography-mass spectrometer[LC-MS].;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
