PURPOSE: A method for fabricating superhydrophobic silica-based powder is provided to offer economical efficiency, and to offer a simplified process through a flowing layer dry type.;CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating superhydrophobic silica-based powder includes the following steps of: producing silylated hydrogels using a co-precursor method after adding inorganic acid(the acetic acid or the hydrochloric acid) and organosilane compounds in a water glass solution without ion-exchange; removing solvent exchange and Na^+ by supporting hydrogen in a non-polar solvent(S130); inputting a mixed compound to a flowing layer drying furnace; and producing aerogel powder by fludizing wetting gel and glass bead after supplying the heated air at a temperature of 100°C ~ 200°C to the flowing layer drying furnace(S150,S160).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
