An auxiliary opening/closing device for a side gate of a cargo loading box in a truck is provided to reduce weight in a compact bar structure and simplify the assembling or disassembling thereof. An elasticity supplying unit includes a full thread screw(141) formed in a circular rod shape with a spiral guide groove in an outer surface for supplying elasticity for the rotation of a rotation body(120), which is coupled with a first fixing body(110) having a first blade plate and has a second blade plate coupled with a side gate of a truck. A spline groove(143) is formed in front of the guide groove. A coil spring(145) retracts or expands according to the movement of the full thread screw. A full tread knut(147) makes the full thread screw move straightly according to the rotation of the rotation body.
