PURPOSE: A cargo transfer loading device of a cargo box of a vehicle is provided to load and unload the cargo to the cargo box without relation to the stop place of transportation vehicle and to load cargo with a simple operation at the outside without entering a cargo box for a user at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: A cargo transfer loading device of a cargo box of a vehicle includes a guide rail, a elevation rail(20), a moving body(30), a elevation adjustment unit, and a chain(50). The guide rail is installed to the cargo box floor of the transportation vehicle. The elevation rail is installed on the guide rail. The moving body is installed on upper side of the elevation rail. The elevation adjustment unit adjusts the moving body to the upper location of the supporting board(120) installed on a floor. The chain is installed to both one end of a moving body installed on upper side of the elevation rail.
