PURPOSE: A heavy cargo loading and unloading apparatus for a container is provided to prevent damage of heavy cargo by loading and unloading the heavy cargo between a platform and a container without an expensive lifting device.;CONSTITUTION: A heavy cargo loading and unloading apparatus comprises a main body(120) and a guide(110). The main body comprises a bucket(121), an under frame, a lifting actuator, multiple moving rollers(124), and a driving driver. The under frame is located under the bucket. The lifting actuator is located inside the under frame to support the bottom of the bucket and lifts the bucket to support or release the bottom of a supporting board to the bucket. The moving roller is located in a state of being touched to the inner side of the under frame to move the main body toward a container.
