An environment-friendly formative fence is provided to make the formative block ready-made, to reduce the manufacturing cost, and to diversify the formative block. An environment-friendly formative fence comprises as follows. The fence is installed as the compartment of place or guardrail and the decorative sculpture. The fence is dependent on the supporters(10) which are arranged facing to each other. A connector(40) which is integrally installed in both sides of a formative block(20) is inserted and coupled. The fence is prefabricated by a supporting tube(30) comprised of a pair of dividing factors.
