A method for restoring a clock data, a semiconductor memory device including a clock data recovery circuit, and a system having the same are provided to reduce dimension and current consumption by sharing a clock data recovery circuit. A plurality of signal receiving parts(320-0~320-31) receives signals inputted through a plurality of input/output pads, and delivers the signals to inside in response to a receiving reference clock. A plurality of phase sensing parts(340-0~340-15) senses a phase by receiving an output of each group of a plurality of signal receiving parts. A plurality of phase sensing control parts controls a plurality of phase sensing parts in order to perform a sensing operation about an output of a signal receiving part inside each group. A result notifying part outputs an output of a plurality of phase sensing part to an external device.
