THE CHUNGKUKCHANG REINFORCED ISOFLAVONE USING ARROWROOT EXTRACTS AND A HEALTH CARE SUPPLEMENTARY COMPOSITION COMPRISING IT FOR PREVENTING OSTEOPOROSIS

A health care supplementary composition containing isoflavone enriched arrow root fermented soybeans is provided to offer prevention efficiency of osteoporosis by maximizing activity of bone mineral density-activating factors and having excellent quality characteristic. A method for manufacturing a health care supplementary composition comprises the following steps of: obtaining hot water extract by adding 4L of distilled water in 100g powder of an arrow root and extracting the powder for 48 hour in 60°C; cultivating stain of bacillus licheniformis in an arrow root medium for 48 hours in 40°C; cooking beans for 30 minutes in 121°C; cultivating and inoculating the culture media on the beans; and drying the powder and fermenting the inoculated soybeans for 48 hours in 40°C.
