An exercise method using three dimension unstable board(10) comprises the following steps of: a step for controlling the given fundamental power amount of the MR damper or the ER damper according to the property of the unstable board participant; a step that the person of joining training gets up on the upper plate of the unstable board; a step for presenting the command information which a person of joining training has to perform in a monitor(6) installed at the location which a person of joining training can visually confirm; a step that the person of joining training controls the slope of the unstable board by using the muscular strength of the participant according to the command information to perform presented in monitor; a step for presenting to monitor the characteristic information of the unstable board which the person of joining training controls; and a step for storing in a storage unit training information which the person of joining training performs.
