A manufacturing method of a non-slip color pavement material for a road, the non-slip color pavement material, and the construction method of the non-slip color pavement material are provided to secure the safety of construction by not generating the poisonous gas, and to reduce the construction period. A manufacturing method of a non-slip color pavement material for a road is composed of the first step of agitating methyl methacrylate resin and calcium carbonate, the second step of adding nano silica to the first mixture made by the first step, the third step of mixing inorganic pigment in the second mixture made by the second step, the forth step of mixing precious slag ball which is less than 0.6mm to the third mixture made by the third step, and the fifth step of adding the precious slag ball of 0.6-1mm and 2-5mm in the forth mixture made by the forth step.
