PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a non-slip pavement material for a road using color resin-coated aggregates, and the non-slip pavement material manufactured by the same and a construction method thereof are provided to coat abrasion-resistant aggregates with resin in order to improve a resin-bonding force between color resin-coated aggregates and the pavement material, thereby remarkably preventing the separation of the color resin-coated aggregates. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a non-slip pavement material for a road using color resin-coated aggregates includes: a step(S10) of mixing resin with abrasion-resistant aggregates of which the grain size is 0.5mm to 3mm, and hardening a mixture of the resin and the abrasion-resistant aggregates at a temperature of 60 deg. C to 80 deg. C in order to form the color resin-coated aggregates; and a step(S20) of mixing the color resin-coated aggregates with an elastic MMA(MethylMethAcrylate) resin, calcium carbonate, silica, and an inorganic pigment.
