A cowl cross member coupling structure of a vehicle is provided to form a rotation prevention projection on both sides of a body panel and prevent a crash pad from rotating. A cowl cross member coupling structure of a vehicle includes a body panel(1), a crash pad(10), a cowl cross member(11), a rotation prevention projection(100), and an anti-rotation hook. A guide bracket covers the outer sides of the body panel and the crash pad. The cowl cross member includes a guide pin inserted into a guide hole. The rotation prevention projection is included in the body panel. The anti-rotation hook is attached to the top of the bracket.
