An electric light panel system, a method for transmitting picture quality control information and a method for controlling picture quality of electric light panel are provided to reduce data capacity which is processed in a main controller since image data process is performed at display panel controller. A control PC(10) outputs an image signal and image quality control data. A main controller(20) receives the image signal and image quality control data from the control PC. The main controller outputs the image quality control data at an image signal through H Sync field where the image data is not valid. A display panel controller(30) receives the image signal in which the image quality control data is included from the main controller.
