OVEN APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH PREHEATING SECTION AND OUTLET SEALING DEVICE IN THE CONTINUOUS COATING LINE

PURPOSE: An oven equipment of continuous coating line provided with a preheating stand and an exit sealing means is provided, to heat a steel sheet to a desired temperature to allow the adhered coating solution to be dried. CONSTITUTION: The oven equipment comprises nozzle chambers(3a, 3b, 3c); circulation ventilators(4a, 4b, 4c) and circulation ducts(5a, 5b, 5c); heating burners(6a, 6b, 6c); a fuel ducts(7); control valves(8a, 8b, 8c); an air supply ventilator(11) and an air supply duct(12); an exhaust ventilator(9) and an exhaust duct(10); a preheating stand(13) which is formed at the entrance side of an oven equipment where a steel sheet(2) enters, is provided with an exhaust ventilator(9) and an exhaust duct(10) penetrating the preheating stand, and preheats the steel sheet by the hot gas inside of an oven; and an exit sealing means comprising a sealing roll(14) which is set at the exit side of an oven equipment and rotates by the contact with the upper and lower parts of the exhausted steel sheet and a sealing nozzle(15) which is set in front and back and upper and lower parts of the sealing roll to form an air curtain.
