Method for Measuring Alloy Phases Ratio of Galvannealed Steel Sheets by X-ray Diffraction and Controlling Alloy Phases Ratio using Galvanneal Prediction ModelGA Calc
A method for measuring alloy phases ratio of galvannealed steel sheets by using X-ray diffraction and controlling alloy phase ratio is provided to measure alloy phases ratio of galvannealed steel sheets by removing a part in which the peaks of each alloy are mixed and to obtain optimum alloying temperature for the alloy phase ratio. A method for measuring alloy phases ratio of galvannealed steel sheets by using X-ray diffraction and controlling alloy phases ratio comprises: a step of irradiating X-rays and measuring diffracted X rays on a plated layer of a alloying melting galvanized steel; a step of separating zeta phase peak, delta phase peak and gamma phase peak from the diffracted X rays; a step of producing the integrated intensity of each alloy phase peak after removing the peak in which the delta phase and the zeta phase are mixed; and a step of defining alloy phases ratio except the integrated intensity of the zeta phase peak as the alloy phases ratio of the plated layer. The X rays measuring step is performed through thin film X-ray diffraction. The angle of the incident beam is 1~20°. The measurement range of the diffracted X-rays is 35~40° and 45~50°.
